Cee’d? In case you were wondering – it’s pronounced 'seed'. It was designed and tested in Europe. And made in our brand new, purpose built European factory.
During its development, this top secret project was known simply as 'ED' – for European Design. The 'CE' part was then added as shorthand for the Community of Europe. So unlike many made-up car names, we feel cee’d is rather appropriate.
