1. Who are New Kia Direct?

New Kia Direct is an Internet and Telephone based company supplying fantastic offers on new Kia's to the public. We are part of a limited company and a group of franchised dealers. Our Sales team all come from a Main Dealer background ensuring that we know our product and we are one of the top rated main dealers for customer satisfaction.

2. Do the cars come with a warranty?

All our new Kia's come with between 3 and 7 years warranty (dependent on model) and 1 year breakdown cover from the date of registration. Terms and conditions can be found in the service book.

3. Are the cars imported?

All cars are sourced from within the UK and are not imported.

4. Are the cars new or used?

All cars are brand new except where clearly stated otherwise.

5. What if I have questions about the specifications or any technical queries about the KIa range?

6. How much is the deposit and how can I pay it?

You can pay your deposit by any of the following methods: bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Switch whatever suits you. We normally ask for a £500 deposit and we prefer Switch.

7. How will you manage my order?

Once you have paid your deposit on your new Mitsubishi car we will send you a purchase order form in the post or via email the very same day for you to check and return to us signed/confirmed in the prepaid envelope. One of our sales team will update you with the progress of your order and work with you to ensure a smooth transition of the car to you. We will provide advice on all aspects of your car's order and will be able to answer any questions you have on the vehicle, your contract or any other queries you have. We will keep you up to date via telephone, e-mail or fax. You tell us how and when you want to be kept informed.

8. When will I need to pay the balance of my car and how?

If you collect your new vehicle from us the balance is due when you take possession of your new car. If you decide to go for the delivery option payment is due before your new vehicle leaves the dealership. You can pay by any of the following methods: bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard or Switch whatever suits you. If you pay by credit card there is an additional charge of 2%.

9. Other sites charge for tax and registration, are there any hidden costs?

No, all our cars come with at least 6 months Road Tax and number plates at no extra costs. Some vehicles come with 12 months Road Tax.

10. Will the car be up to standard when I pick it up?

All cars go through a pre-delivery inspection and are prepared to the highest standard.

11. How will the car be prepared for me?

All cars are given a full valet prior to delivery. Ask about Supaguard, the perfect finish for your new vehicle.

12. Can I choose my own number plates?

The registration numbers are predetermined by DVLA, so you are not able to choose your own.

13. How will I take receipt of my new Car?

You choose if you want your new car delivered to your home or if you would rather collect it directly from New Mitsubishi Direct when confirming your order. There is a small charge for delivery.

14. Will my price increase after I order the car?

Once you place an order the prices are fixed and will not increase.

15. Can you arrange finance?

We can offer this service following Consumer Credit Act and FSA regulations.

16. What are the typical delivery times?

If the manufacturer has the vehicle you ordered in stock within the UK, we would hope to see a 7-10 working day delivery time to you. Sometimes a car needs to be ordered from the factory and this can take longer. This may happen when the car is not a standard specification and you have requested some options.. We can check all UK stock and inform you of an approximate delivery time before you place the order.

17. Why can't you provide me with an exact date that I will have my car?

We will provide an exact delivery date if your car is in stock here at New Kia Direct and has been through its pre delivery inspection. If the car has not arrived with us, the manufacturers can only provide estimated dates for delivery after orders are placed and they are subject to movement either forward or backward.

18. Will my local supplier be able to service and maintain my car after delivery?

Your local dealership or approved service centre will be able to carry out all the servicing and maintenance your car may need.

19. Will you take my vehicle in part exchanges?

We can do this but it is important that the vehicle is described correctly and that we see your part exchange before registering your new car.

20. Will I be the first registered keeper?

Yes, you will be the first registered keeper unless otherwise stated.

21. Can I transfer my private number plate to my new vehicle?

We can offer this service, however there is a £99 administration fee plus any costs the DVLA may charge for the transfer.
